Here’s my philosophy on how I approach mentoring:
Business growth happens in direct correlation to personal growth. So if I am mentoring you, you are under my protection. I don’t just go tell you a bunch of things to do, I’m watching over you. Think about it, in order to publish a book, you must grow your capacity for risk, uncertainty, criticism and rejection. In order to double your revenue, you must step into a new belief system and story.
So part of what I do to create a safe space for your personal growth to flourish is to support you through the chaos that comes in waves in the natural cycles of life. I’ll provide suggestions on what to say and what not to say for conflict resolution and negotiations. I can review major correspondence when needed, and if you are running into some objections and not sure how to answer it, I can help.
I also provide guidance and help craft responses and talking points with media, collaborations and outreach. I help with technology suggestions for you to use and provide the resources and tools for your exact needs. I help with finding prospects and partnerships for you. And I don’t approach any of this as a to do list, it’s more of an organic flow as it comes up in conversation. If I come across something that I think you might like or need, it’ll get sent to you. You’ll be able to get input from someone holding the vision of what you are creating with nothing but your best interest in mind.
In terms of your growth:
I might send articles, make book or on occasion supplemental training suggestions applicable to exactly what you are going through. Most of my experience has to do with supporting life’s crossroads, so my approach and emphasis is on trust, partnership and co-creation. I help you see your blind spots or things you don’t want to see, but that you need to see to make you the best possible version of yourself. Because, if you’re at your best than who you are at your core can make other people so much better.
This is not just about the work we do together, this is about the dynamic of how we get along. I work with people who are grateful and who understand the value of what I bring beyond the obvious, beyond just the numbers. What I look for in working with someone, is that it’s a partnership, not just a transaction.

I’ve found you really have to get to know someone and what they are about to truly be helpful and tune in to what is being said as well as what isn’t being said. Most of my programs are longer term and can go up to investments of $100,000.
In the beginning of our working together we’ll do a full business assessment reviewing past, present and future processes and strategies for clients and revenue. This also includes me understanding if there is anything in your life that I should be aware of. It could be an illness in the family with a parent or child, any major life challenges that you are currently facing, any trauma that you’ve recently endured like car accident, or illness that may profoundly impact your work. I want to be respectful of these things so I can create the proper structures to support you.
It’s important we start this way because you have to know what’s gotten in your way in terms of leadership and influences and how it relates to freezing up and self doubt.
